A Blend of Healthcare,
Wellness, and Business Experience
I am a licensed speech-language pathologist with over 12 years of experience working pediatrics and adult rehabilitation settings. My education and clinical background has given me a deep understanding of behavior change, long-term goals, and what it takes to support people in real life - beyond the basics.
I earned by Bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and my Master's degree from North Carolina Central University. In addition to my education and healthcare career, I'm the owner of a medical billing company and mental health clinics across multiple states. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful huskies. This gives me firsthand experience with the demands of a busy professional life- long workdays, leadership responsibilities, employees, travel- with my personal life; juggling it all while trying to stay healthy.

WHY I DO THIS
The nutrition and wellness framework I now coach helped me make meaningful changes in my own health and daily life. The experience became the foundation for my passion to help others do the same.
I am especially passionate about working with business professionals, healthcare providers, entrepreneurs, and business owners who know that their health matters but struggle to make healthy habits fit consistently into their demanding lives.
My approach is practical, personalized, and built around real life - no perfection, no extreme restriction, and no one-size-fits-all plans.

WHO I WORK WITH
-
Busy professionals
-
Entrepreneurs and business owners
-
Healthcare providers
-
People with demanding or unpredictable schedules
-
Multi-talented individuals balancing many roles
-
Anyone who wants sustainable health habits
without making wellness their entire life

THE GOAL
The goal is not simply to help you complete a short-term program. It is to help you better understand your own health, build routines that fit your life, and develop a sustainable approach you can continue long after coaching ends.
